Parents' peace of mind is important to us. The children's health and safety are paramount; therefore, it is our duty to safeguard their welfare. 

SETTLING IN PERIOD 

We help your children to settle in quickly soon after their arrival. 

  • Visit the child at school after their arrival, and offer immediate assistance when required. 

  • Assist in purchasing a UK sim card (with a mobile number) to ease the communication between the child and the parents. We also make sure the child have access to the internet. 

HOMESTAY ARRANGEMENT 

  • Base on the school location and your child's profile, we allocate the most suitable host family for his/her homestay during the exeat and half term. 

  • Since every host family must be 'policed checked" to ensure no criminal records, your child is guaranteed to stay in a safe place. 

  • Maintain a close contact with the child and the host family during the homestay period to ensure a harmonious relationship is being built. 

24/7 SUPPORT 

A 24-hour and 7 days a week telephone line is available to the child, parents, host families, school, and other related organisations. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

  • Arrange visits to doctor or dentist if neccessary during the homestay period. 

  • Make emergency visits to school should there be any serious illness or serious problem arises. 

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT 

  • Constant communication with the child, parents, and the school on educational matters. 

  • Bring to the attention of parents any academic problems that the child may require assistance, and to make arrangement for resolving when necessary. 

  • Attend Parents Days to understand the child's academic progress and communicate to the parents of any important issues that require their special attention. 

ACADEMIC MATTERS 

  • Constant communication with the child, parents, and the school on educational matters. 

  • Bring to the attention of parents any academic problems that the child may require assistance, and to make arrangement for resolving when necessary. 

  • Attend Parents Days to understand the child's academic progress and communicate to the parents of any important issues that require their special attention.

盡快適應新環境 

當您孩子抵達英國後, 我們盡最大努力幫助他/她適應新環境。 

  • 抵達學校後, 我們盡快安排探望您的孩子,並在需要時立即提供適當的協助。 

  • 協助購買英國電話卡,以方便孩子聯絡父母及連接數據網絡。 

寄宿家庭安排

  • 在學年中(half term)假期和長周末(exeat)假期間, 我們會依據您孩子學校的所在地和個人資料,為他/她分配最合適的寄宿家庭。 

  • 為確保您孩子住在安全的地方, 每一個寄宿家庭必須有當地警方簽發的「無犯罪紀錄證明書」。 

  • 在家庭寄宿期間,我們會與您孩子和寄宿家庭保持密切聯繫,以確保雙方建立和諧的關係。 

24/7支援 

無論是孩子,父母,寄宿家庭,學校, 或其他相關機構, 均可透過我們每週7天、每天24小時的電話服務聯繫我們。 

健康和安全

  • 在家庭寄宿期間如出現身體不適,我們可協助安排看醫生或牙醫的事宜。 

  • 若出現嚴重疾病或發生嚴重事故, 我們將緊急安排到學校探訪。 

接載安排 

  • 您孩子的接載安排包括: 

  • 往返學校和機場 

  • 往返學校和寄宿家庭 

  • 注意事項: 以上接載服務將由出租車公司或寄宿家庭提供。所涉及的費用將由父母支付。 

學術事宜 

  • 與孩子,父母及學校就學術事宜進行密切溝通。 

  • 通知父母注意其孩子在學術上遇到的問題,並在需要時安排解決方案。 

  • 出席“家長日”, 以了解孩子的學業進度,並讓父母知道需要關注的地方。 

法律和醫療文件 

在緊急情況下或發生危機時,應代表父母簽署授權書行事。

財務事項 

  • 我們完善管理孩子的財務賬目。每當需要補充孩子的開支基金時, 我們會向父母提供詳細的賬目報告。 

  • 協助支付其他有需要的費用,例如鋼琴課學費。 

      監護人服務收費 

高級監護服務: £2,495 

整個學年的一次性付款(包括三個學期)。
