SETTLING IN PERIOD 

We help your children to settle in quickly soon after their arrival. 

  • Visit the child at school after their arrival, and offer immediate assistance when required. 

  • Assist in purchasing a UK sim card (with a mobile number) to ease the communication between the child and the parents. We also make sure the child have access to the internet. 

HOMESTAY ARRANGEMENT 

  • Base on the school location and your child's profile, we allocate the most suitable host family for his/her homestay during the exeat and half term. 

  • Since every host family must be 'policed checked" to ensure no criminal records, your child is guaranteed to stay in a safe place. 

  • Maintain a close contact with the child and the host family during the homestay period to ensure a harmonious relationship is being built. 

24/7 SUPPORT 

A 24-hour and 7 days a week telephone line is available to the child, parents, host families, school, and other related organisations. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY 

  • Arrange visits to doctor or dentist if neccessary during the homestay period. 

  • Make emergency visits to school should there be any serious illness or serious problem arises. 

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT 

  • Constant communication with the child, parents, and the school on educational matters. 

  • Bring to the attention of parents any academic problems that the child may require assistance, and to make arrangement for resolving when necessary. 

  • Attend Parents Days to understand the child's academic progress and communicate to the parents of any important issues that require their special attention.

LEGAL AND MEDICAL DOCUMENT

Act with signed authority on parents' behalf in case of emergency or crisis. 

FINANCIAL MATTERS 

  • Manage an account of the child's financial affairs with a detail report provided at the time of fund replenishment. 

  • Assist with payment arrangement of other expenses, such as piano lessons. 

GUARDIANSHIP FEE

Guardianship Services  £2,495 

One-off payment for the whole academic year (including three school terms).
