  • Visits the child at school after their arrival, and offer immediate assistance if required.

  • Assist to purchase of a UK sim card (with a mobile number) to ease the communication between the child and the parents, and at much lower cost.

ALLOCATION OF HOST FAMILIY

  • Allocate the most suitable host family for the child's homestay period in exeat/half term according to their location and profile.

  • All our host families must be 'policed checked" to ensure no criminal records.

  • Maintain a close contact with the child and the host family during the homestay peiord to ensure their building up of harmonious relationship.

24-HOUR CONTACT

A 24/7 telephone line is available to the child, parents, host familes, school, and other related organisations.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Arrange visits to doctor or dentist if neccessary during the homestay period.

  • Make emergency visits to school should there be any serious illness or serious problem arises

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT

Travel arrangement for your child includes:

  • Airport transit to or from school/host family

  • to or from host family

Note: The above transit services will either be proviced by taxi driver or host family. The fee involved will be passed on the parents' account.

  • Bring to the attention of parents any academic problems that the child may require assistance, and to make arrangement for resolving when necessary.
